Are you an experienced Maintenance Painter looking for your next role? We're seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team in the Derry area. You will be working for a very well-established construction organisation, where you will be responsible for painting and general maintenance across a range of properties.

Your new role

• Perform maintenance painting tasks on vacant and occupied properties
• Surface preparation
• Mostly internal painting
• Touch-ups and ensuring work areas are clean and safe
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in painting and property maintenance
• CSR card (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
