Position: 3 Painters Needed.

Pay: £23 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation - This involves cleaning, sanding, and repairing any cracks or holes in the surfaces to be painted.
• Material Selection:
• Choosing the right type of paint, primer, and other materials based on the surface and project requirements.
• Color Mixing and Matching:
• Accurately mixing paints to achieve the desired colors and ensuring consistency throughout the project.
• Applying Paint:
• Applying paint using various techniques like brushes, rollers, or sprayers, depending on the surface and project specifications.
• Clean-up:
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and cleaning tools.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhering to all safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Minor Repairs:
• Performing minor repairs like patching and caulking to ensure a smooth and even surface for painting.
• Communication:
• Communicating with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure that the painting work meets their requirements.
• Inventory Management:
• Keeping track of paint and other supplies, and ordering more when needed.
• Erecting scaffolding or other access equipment:
• Setting up ladders, scaffolding, or other necessary equipment to reach high or difficult-to-access areas.
• Quality Control:
• Ensuring that the finished work meets the required standards of quality and craftsmanship.
