Day to Day for painter & decorator:

• Working in occupied properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a painter or decorator or maintenance operative or multi skilled operative or multi trade operative or multi trader or carpenter or joiner or UPVC specialist or plumber or plumber multi trader or plasterer or plasterer multi trader or multi trade operative or multi skilled operative or maintenance operative or handyman with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD (Minstry of defense).
