Job Description - Painter and Decorator

Our Client in North Tyneside are looking to add an experienced Painter and Decorator to their team. You will be based in the North Tyneside area working as part of our client’s maintenance teams.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday – Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
£18 ltd Per Hour

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general painting and decorating maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance painting and decorating works.

Candidate Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
2 Years Experience
Social Housing Experience Desirable.
Full UK Driving License
