Job Title: Temporary Paralegal

Pay: £15 to £20ph

Location: London

Duration: One Month Every Quarter

Reports To: Head of Legal

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Paralegal to support our legal team with a variety of administrative and legal tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files, both physical and digital.
• Assist with document review and discovery processes.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and case management.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree, certificate in paralegal studies, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a legal support role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

• Temporary, full-time or part-time depending on business needs.
• Hybrid or on-site work arrangement may be available.
