Job Title: Parking & Traffic Enforcement CCTV Review Officer - Interims

Location: Redbridge

Term: 26 weeks

Rate: £25.00 hour PAYE

Are you ready to play a vital role in keeping our highways safe and congestion-free? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parking & Traffic Enforcement CCTV Review Officer to join their dynamic team on an interim basis!

Key Responsibilities:

• Footage Analysis: Review and analyse video footage from CCTV and ANPR enforcement cameras to detect parking, bus lane, and traffic contraventions.
• Penalty Charge Processing: Process video images and issue penalty charge notices in line with Council regulations.
• System Operation: Operate ICT systems to capture and process contraventions efficiently.
• Equipment Checks: Conduct regular system checks on camera equipment, reporting defects promptly to minimise downtime.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate vehicle white lists and ensure databases are updated.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Perform regular checks on on-street infrastructure, reporting any defects swiftly.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete witness statements, manage records, and produce basic system reports as required.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, including data protection guidelines.
• relevant CCTV operating experience
