Job Title: CCTV Team Leader - Parking & Traffic Enforcement (Interim)

Term: Interim for 26 weeks

Rate: £26.73 PAYE/£34.52 Umbrella

Hours: 37.5

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for ensuring public safety and compliance? Our client is seeking a dynamic CCTV Team Leader to oversee their Parking & Traffic Enforcement operations in Ilford. This is a temporary position with a chance to make a significant impact in your community!

Role Overview:
As the CCTV Team Leader, you will:

• Supervise and motivate a dedicated team of CCTV Operators.
• Ensure compliance with parking and moving traffic regulations.
• Manage daily operations, including staff deployment and performance management.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on major projects, driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and customer care.

What You'll Bring:

• Expert knowledge of relevant legislation (Traffic Management Act, Data Protection, etc.).
• Proven experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide your team.
• Proficiency in MS applications and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
