Location: Home-based with travel across Norfolk and Suffolk

Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed Term until 17th October 2025, could be extended

Salary: £32,064 per annum


The Role

As Partnership and Inclusion Manager, you will lead the development and management of strategic partnerships across statutory, third sector, and community organisations. You will champion inclusion, ensuring our services are accessible, representative, and responsive to the diverse communities of Norfolk and Suffolk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Engagement & Partnership Development

    Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners, statutory agencies, and community organisations to enhance service delivery.
  • Community Engagement & Inclusion

    Design and implement a Communications & Engagement Strategy to strengthen community ties and promote inclusive practices.
  • Volunteer & Student Placement Management

    Recruit, train, and support Community Champion Volunteers and Student Placements, ensuring representation of local demographics.
  • Victim & Survivor Involvement

    Facilitate the Quarterly Victim Experience Panel to gather feedback and co-design service improvements and accessible materials.
  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)

    Lead the implementation and monitoring of the service’s EDI strategy, embedding inclusive practices across all activities.
  • Marketing & Communications Support

    Contribute to the creation and distribution of inclusive marketing and outreach materials.
  • Data & Reporting

    Collect, analyse, and report on engagement and inclusion data to inform strategic planning and service development.

Additional Information

  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Contract End Date: 17th October 2025
  • DBS Check: Enhanced DBS required
