Job Description - Partnerships & Communications Administrator

Are you an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a flexible, remote-first environment? Do you want to support a global mission that drives meaningful change?

Signature Recruitment is pleased to be working with an independent, international non-profit organisation to recruit a Partnerships & Comms Administrator. This fully remote role supports a dynamic Communications and Engagement team, providing key administrative and coordination support across multiple time zones and projects. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Helping to deliver impactful communications, events, and stakeholder engagement for a global initiative.

Partnerships & Comms Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diary and travel support to senior team members
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and webinars
  • Draft and edit documents, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications
  • Manage tools such as SharePoint, Trello, HubSpot CRM, and shared inboxes
  • Track key actions and timelines across communications and engagement workstreams
  • Support collaboration across teams, ensuring aligned priorities and timely delivery

Partnerships & Comms Administrator Key Skills:

  • Administrative experience in non-profit, international, or values-led organisations
  • Confident using digital tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Zoom, and project trackers
  • Excellent organisation and time management, with a focus on detail and follow-through
  • Strong written communication and document preparation skills
