Milk Education is working in partnership with an autism specialist school based in West London to recruit dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join their secondary site in Acton this September.

This exceptional setting provides tailored, evidence-based education for autistic students aged 11–19, grounded in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). The school offers a warm, structured, and highly supportive environment where every staff member plays a crucial role in helping students reach their full potential both academically and socially.

• Supporting autistic students on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Assisting with the delivery of bespoke learning programmes

• Promoting independence, communication, and emotional regulation

• Working collaboratively with a skilled team including teachers, behaviour analysts, and therapists

• Following ABA-based strategies and training to support consistent learning outcomes

• Experience working with autistic children or young people (preferred but not essential)

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient in nature

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and implement ABA methodologies

• A genuine passion for supporting neurodiverse learners
