Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Pastoral Administrator to work in a number of secondary schools across Southeast London. This role would be perfect for experienced school administrators looking to support pastoral teams in dynamic educational settings.

As a Pastoral Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day wellbeing of students. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate attendance and behaviour records, liaising with staff and external agencies, coordinating pastoral support, and ensuring all safeguarding documentation is up to date. The ideal candidate will have prior school administration experience and hold a current enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
