Apex Educ8 is seeking to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Manager for a well-regarded school in Northwest London.

• Contract: Maternity Cover (Ends February 2026)
• Full/Part Time: Full Time
• Rate: Up to £140 per day (DOE)
• Hours: 8:30am - 4pm

• Provide support and guidance to students, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
• Pastoral managers work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive the necessary support.
• Monitor student attendance and implement strategies to improve engagement.
• Lead on behaviour management strategies, offering mentorship and interventions as required.
• Support safeguarding procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.
• Foster a supportive school environment that encourages student success both academically and personally.

• Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
• Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
• Provide two professional references
