As a Pastoral Officer, you'll:
? Provide emotional and behavioural support to SEN students (ASD, SEMH, MLD, or SLD)
? Monitor attendance and implement strategies to improve engagement
? Uphold safeguarding policies, ensuring student welfare is prioritised
? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student wellbeing

? Experience - Minimum 1 year working with SEN/SEND students
? Safeguarding Knowledge - Strong understanding of child protection
? DBS Check - Enhanced (registered or willing to obtain)
? Eligibility - Right to work in the UK & two professional references
? Driving Requirement - Must have a valid UK driver's license
