As a Patient Booker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the care they need. Your contribution will make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families!

You will receive training on any systems used within the role.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Endoscopy booking is a plus.
• Cheerful Attitude: A positive, can-do spirit that brightens the workplace and enhances the patient experience!
• Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing.
• Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key when handling patient information and scheduling.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset that fosters a supportive workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Booking Appointments: Schedule patient appointments efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all necessary information is collected.
• Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our patients, addressing their queries and concerns with warmth and professionalism.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate schedules and optimise patient flow.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update patient information in our systems.
• Follow-Up: Reach out to patients for appointment reminders and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
