Are you an organised and compassionate individual with a passion for healthcare administration? We're working with a reputable healthcare provider in Basildon who is seeking a Patient Booking Administrator to join their busy team.

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate bookings
• Handle incoming calls and queries in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintain accurate patient records using internal systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne)
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies

• Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient booking systems
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
