Patient Co Ordinator

Our client based in the centre of Croydon are looking for Administrators wo provide an excellent Patient Co ordinator experience for their customers.

Location: Croydon, London
Contract Type: Temporary
Commute: Just a 9-minute walk from West Croydon train station and a quick 6-minute stroll from East Croydon tram station!

As our Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients feel valued and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and friendly service
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update the database regularly.
• Support the team in delivering top-notch care and service!

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of empathy.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is a plus!
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good Administrative skills
• Competent IT abilities.
• Excellent communication skills
