Job Description - Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator
7-PA/LW
Up to £15ph + holiday pay (£30k permanent FTE)
Temporary until June, with possibility of extension
5 days, office-based
Hours 9-5

The Client

One of VWA's clients in the education sector are looking or a temporary Payroll Administrator to start asap, at least for a two month duration.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll
  • Tracking attendance and leave
  • Calculating deductions
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Reporting
  • Handling payroll queries

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is a forward-thinker and has great initiative
  • Has experience in a similar Payroll Admin-related or data orientated position
  • Is highly organised and has a high attention to detail
  • Is an effective communicator and has strong technical skills

Details

  • Standard hours 9-5, fully office based
  • Temporary until June, withthe possibilityof extension
  • Up to £15ph + holiday (£30k permanent FTE)
