The Role:
We’re partnering with this exciting brand to find a Payroll Administrator to join their London-based EMEA payroll team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This may become a permanent role in the coming months. Covering payroll operations across multiple international markets, this role is essential in ensuring data accuracy, seamless employee support, and compliance across systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the EMEA payroll inbox and supporting timely, accurate payroll processing
Updating employee data across payroll and HR platforms
Supporting with contracts, employment changes, and compliance documentation
Assisting with audits, reporting, and process improvements
Acting as a key support point for employee queries alongside the wider HR and payroll teams
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in payroll, HR operations, or people data administration within a retail business
Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms—Workday experience is a plus
Confident using payroll tools (CloudPay ideal but not essential)
High attention to detail, strong organisation, and a proactive, team-first mindset
