Temporary Payroll Administrator

Search are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to join a large organisation in Castleford on a temporary contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with payroll experience to support a busy finance team and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

• Process end-to-end payroll for weekly and monthly employees.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and company policies.
• Assist with pension submissions and statutory payments.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a payroll or finance admin role.
• Good knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
