Payroll Administrator

• Annual Salary: £27k - £28k
• Location: Scunthorpe or Goole
• Job Type: Temp to Perm

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team, based in either Grimsby, Scunthorpe or Goole. This role involves a variety of tasks including payroll duties, administration, sales ledger, credit control, and escalations. The ideal candidate will have very strong payroll knowledge including HMRC & query resolution.. This is a Monday to Friday position with 8-hour shifts, offering a temporary to permanent arrangement for the right candidate.

• Processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
• Managing sales ledger activities and maintaining financial records.
• Performing credit control duties to ensure timely payments and manage debt recovery.
• Handling administrative tasks related to payroll and finance.
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

• Proven experience in payroll administration.
• Strong understanding of sales ledger and credit control processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
