Description

The key duties include:

• Process payroll data accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update payroll records and systems as required.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees
• Answering the phone
• Logging payroll queries
• Basic administration
• Supporting new starter process

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

• Must be immediate to start
• Experience working in payroll (desirable)
• Ability to input large volumes of data
• Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
