Payroll Advisor

SF are looking for a Payroll Advisor to work our well-established North Leicestershire based client on an interim basis for a long period. This role reports to a very supportive Payroll Manager and offers hybrid working & flexible working hours. The role would suit an experienced Payroll professional with strong technical skills and knowledge of payroll processes.

- Process and manage accurate and timely payroll for all employees including year-end processes.
- Regularly audit and reconcile payroll data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.
- Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, including retention and updating of employee files.
- Support the Payroll Manager with cross-functional business initiatives.
- Ensure payroll queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Support on development projects across the department.
