Payroll Advisor - Hybrid

A fantastic and long-standing client of ours is seeking someone to join them in a payroll advisor capacity. This is offered on a contract basis for 4-6 months and I cannot overstate how nice the team are.

Hybrid working pattern, a common sense approach and flexible working hours are offered, but in exchange they seek someone who has end to end payroll experience and is happy taking responsibility for their tasks rather than simply assisting with.

Typical duties will include:

• Processing all information onto the payroll system, including starters and leavers
• Managing multiple monthly payrolls
• Producing and distributing employee documents such as payslips, HMRC forms, pension notifications etc
• Manual calculations - SSP, SMP and sick pay
• Dealing with payroll and pension related queries
• Producing payroll reports
• Assisting with HR administration duties when required

To be considered for this position it is essential to have up to date experience of running a full company payroll including pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes.
