Payroll Assistant

Are you an experienced Payroll Assistant able to commit to a 3 month hybrid role?

Requirement for one day in the office working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Duties for the Payroll Assistant include:-

• Accurately processing timesheets, expenses, absence data, starters, leavers, and any other changes onto the payroll system
• Assisting in the inputting, balancing and reconciliation of the monthly payroll data
• Ensuring all employees are paid in accordance with the rules and polices
• To ensure all records on thepayroll system are uptodate and accurate and comply with the Data Protection Act, company confidentiality policy and audit trail compliance
• Dealing with straightforward payroll queries
• To assist with the input of cost of living pay awards and increments
• Assisting with payslip distribution

To be successful as a Payroll Assistant you will need:-

• End to End payroll experience using computerised payroll systems.
