Payroll Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in processing accurate and timely pay and benefits, providing support and understanding to team members across the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead, coach, and provide development for the payroll team, ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining relationships and an accurate payroll function.

Salary: £220-£260 per day

Location: Northamptonshire

Contract Length: 6 months

Working Pattern : Hybrid

Main Responsibilities -

• Make certain that every facet of the payroll process operates seamlessly, encompassing complete payroll, benefits, and pension.
• Carry out Pay & Benefits initiatives that promote continuous enhancement of payroll procedures.
• Suggest modifications to operational procedures concerning workflow and scheduling.
• Develop strong business relationships with vendors and auditors.
• Respond to enquiries from employees and colleagues via the relevant channels.

Experience needed -

• Previous experience of running a payroll team and payroll cycles
• Knowledge of PAYE Legislation.
