Payroll Manager

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting an SME, based in Bracknell, in their search for a Payroll Manager on a 6 month contract basis.

£45-50,000 per annum
Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the transition of a number of separate payrolls in to existing processes
• Automate and improve process for calculating sick pay
• Suggest improvement and increase efficiency of current payroll processes
• Manage third party relationships with group companies

 Skills and Experience include:

• CIPP Qualified or Qualified-by-Experience
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Excel applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Process improvement background
• A strong team player who is willing to actively work across the team, adopting a can-do and flexible attitude, supporting colleagues and sharing workloads
