Payroll Manager

You'll be working in a busy environment, responsible for leading a small team of two payroll administrators, processing end to end payroll for around 4,500 staff on a monthly basis. This role will involve managing and developing our capability to ensure processes and systems are in place across the payroll function to meet the needs of a continually changing and evolving business

Description

• Responsible for managing the UK and Productions payrolls for around 4,500 staff in a cost effective and efficient manner. Ensuring that end to end payroll is administered accurately within set time periods.
• Ensuring that all internal / external compliance is adhered to.
• Managing all year end processes and ensuring the production of P60s / P11ds etc.
• Managing and administering ongoing auto enrolment obligations, ensuring compliance with UK legislation at all times. Ensuring processing errors are minimised by continued development of internal controls and management of payroll system.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager professional should have:

· Qualified and / or experienced payroll professional.

· Experience in managing computer software and payroll systems.

· Previous experience of managing and processing high volume payroll end to end.

· Ability to lead and manage a team.

· Computer literate with excel skills.
