Payroll Officer
Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 FTE (paid hourly)
Location: Leeds (hybrid – office attendance required a couple of times per week)
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 12 weeks)

Company Overview:
A global organisation is seeking a Payroll Officer to support the team during a busy period. This is a full-time role, ideal for an experienced Payroll Officer who can manage UK and international payrolls in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Processing UK and international payrolls accurately and on time

• Managing starters, leavers, and changes to pay

• Handling statutory payments and absence management

• Preparing payroll reports and supporting month-end processes

• Using ADP iHCM and other systems for payroll processing

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Payroll Officer

• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, HMRC returns, and auto-enrolment

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Immediately available and able to attend the Leeds office a couple of times per week
