I am delighted to be supporting a business in Northampton for an immediate start Payroll Officer. This is an ongoing, rolling contract to support with extra workload. There is opportunities for this role to become permanent if successful.

My client are a Healthcare business, operating multiple sites across the East Midlands area. They are a thriving and and if successful in the role, there are longer term opportunities available.
Description
The Payroll Officer will:
* Process monthly payroll for all employees across multiple sites
* Manage weekly inputs, including corrections, sickness, training, transfer hours, and accrued hours.
* Maintain and update employee data files and payroll records.
* Ensure timesheets and employee information are accurate and up to date.
* Prepare and upload payroll reports to Sage 50 Payroll.
* Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Collaborate effectively with HR, Operations, Site Managers, and the Finance team.
* Perform manual payroll calculations as needed.
* Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
