Payroll Oracle Fusion Specialist - Interim

Cedar Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a Local Authority in London with the Recruitment of an Payroll Oracle Fusion Specialist on a hybrid basis.

The role is working as an interim basis for a 6 month contract paying £400 per day.

The main purpose of the role is help to identify and correct both pay and pensions calculations over a 3 year period with the current

• Conduct testing of absence-related and other system fixes on behalf of the payroll team.
• Develop guidance documentation and deliver training to existing payroll staff on testing pay processes and formula issues.
• Provide advise detailing the findings and recommend solutions.
• Support the Council's current project lead in automating the existing pay uplift process.
• Collaborate closely with the payroll team to run live payroll cycles, identify issues, report and test fixes, and communicate all findings to the current systems integrator.
• Assist in testing all proposed solutions related to reported payroll issues within Oracle Cloud.
• Ensure that system fixes are thoroughly tested using live data and prepared for final sign-off.
