Description

• Oversee payroll processes and manage third-party provider (Phase 3)

• Check, re-check and resolve payroll errors and discrepancies

• Handle employee payroll queries confidently and independently

• Generate reports using Excel (advanced skills required)

• Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders

• Use of SAGE HR system

Profile

• Experience processing payroll for 500+ UK employees

• Proven experience working with third-party payroll providers

• Strong understanding of UK tax, benefits, and deductions

• Confident handling payroll queries in a standalone capacity

• Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting

• Immediate availability through end of May

• Able to commute to Harrogate for initial onboarding (first week only)

• Flexible or remote working available for the right candidate
