Position: Payroll Specialist 
Location: Northampton 
Working Structure: Hybrid
Salary: £45,000-65,000
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for a French speaking Payroll Specialist to join an international team.

What you'll do:

• Process end-to-end payroll for French-speaking employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices in France.

What you'll bring:

• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in payroll processing for France. 
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and relevant labour laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
