Payroll Systems Trainer - SAP - Fully Remote

Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable brand within the Pharmaceutical sector on a large scale transformation programme which will see the implementation of a new Payroll and TLM system across their European offices.

You will join a fast-paced project team to help them shape the training needs and requirements for the Switzerland and Germany implementations as well as delivering the training in many different formats. This will involve closely partnering with end users in both regions as well as ensuring all senior stakeholders are fully up to date on progress. As well as technical training, you will also up skill the teams on new policies and processes that will dramatically change the way they operate on a day to day basis.

Our client require an experienced Trainer who is comfortable dealing with large scale change and being empathetic towards their audience.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Extensive Systems Training experience
• Experience in Payroll systems and process training would be beneficial
• Any experience with SAP would be advantageous
• Ability to speak German, French or Italian would be an advantage but not essential

This is an initial 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension. The role is UK based but fully remote and it may require some travel to Switzerland during go live. The role has been deemed inside IR35 and they are looking to get someone started ASAP.
