Pension Administrator

We are looking for a Pension Administrator with experience completing complex pensions calculations to join a welcoming team. 

You will be supporting with day-to-day pension administration including calculations and letter writing. 

What you’ll be doing as a Pension Administrator:

• Taking ownership of a pipeline of cases to assist scheme members calculation requests.
• Reviewing all relevant data available on the client’s internal system to ensure the right figures, situations and tax allowances are considered in calculations work.
• Completing calculations and ensuring figures are accurate.
• Writing supporting letters to the customer.

What we’re looking for in a Pension Administrator:

• Knowledge of defined contribution pension schemes.
• Experience working for a pension provider completing calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with calculations.
• Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams.
• Good communication skills including letter writing.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. 9am to 5:30pm.
Location: Remote
Contract: 3 months with possibility to extend.
Training and sign off: 2 – 4 weeks
