Job title: People Advisor

Location: A short walk from Farringdon

Pay: £36,575

Hours: Full time

Pattern of work: 50% home, 50% office

Contract type: 3 months fixed term contract

Working as part of a wider team, you will play a critical role is supporting the team and the wider organisation.

Reporting to a People Business Partner you will work in a fast paced environment where you will be responsible for all people related queries. You will mentor and support managers on a variety of staff issues including staff issues, policies, and procedures.

In addition you will also play a critical role in the end to end employee life cycle dealing with matter related to;
- Payroll changes
- DBS checks and safeguarding
The skills you will bring to this diverse and busy role will include;
- Your knowledge of employee life cycle
- Experience guiding and coaching managers in a variety of employee relation matters
- Ability to read and explain policies and procedures
- Prior experience in dealing with sickness, and disciplinary matters
