Description

• Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
• Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support the recruitment process, including reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
• Deliver training sessions and inductions for new employees as required.
• Collaborate with managers to address performance and development needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate responses.

Profile

A successful People Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the Consumer Goods industry.
• A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
