Immediately available and looking for an FTC role? Look no further! Our client, a leading industry player, is looking to appoint a People Advisor into the HR team as a result of restructuring. The role will support within the HR Operations side of the team, delivering generalist HR activities including ER case management to support managers in resolving their people issues.

Key accountabilities include:

• First point of contact for general advice and employee management and escalating where needed.
• Managing ER case work for a field-based sales team.
• Managing full employment life cycle from onboarding to exit interview.
• Support and manage the performance management process and manage probation review process.
• Help support wider people team.

The successful candidate will be:

• CIPD Qualified
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law
• Extensive ER Case Management experience
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Have an eye for detail
• Able to start within the next two weeks (by Monday 7th July at the latest)
