People & Engagement Advisor

Location: Redhill, Surrey
Contract: Fixed term contract (12 months)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Working arrangement: Monday-Friday, office based with flexible start time.

We're seeking a HR professional who is creative and engaging, to join our client's business as a People & Engagement Advisor. This is a unique opportunity with a focus on recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, and employer brand and communications.

Key Responsibilities include:
*Partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard diverse talent, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for new employees.
*Deliver engagement initiatives such as team-building events and recognition programs, while enhancing onboarding processes to create positive employee experiences.
* Promote and strengthen our employer brand through online platforms, social media, and internal communications.
*Support the development of employee wellbeing programmes and coordinate volunteering activities

Experience required:
*Proven HR/People experience, ideally in a fast-paced business (FMCG or similar)
*Expertise in recruitment and a passion for employer branding
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*A savvy software/systems user with good attention to detail
