Your new company
You will be working for a global oil and gas company based in Sunbury on Thames.

This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.

Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary People Core Specialist for an initial 6 month period however there is potential for this role to extend further.

The purpose of the Regional Delivery Centre People Core Specialist role is to provide information and guidance to employees on employee processes and data changes across the breadth of the Workday solution.
Some duties will include:

• Support the delivery and processing of end to end HR activities with high volumes and completing these tasks in the HR system.
• Collaborating and managing customer relationships and queries via our CRM system.
• Perform the review approval steps in Workday to ensure these are in line with policy and procedure.
• Ensure adherence to process user guides and standard data input forms.
• Perform transactions and manage associated tasks for employees regarding designated workstream in Core People Services
• Risk Management - acts with high level of integrity and respect for data privacy. Takes steps to mitigate against risks in this space and knows when to bring up any concerns.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous HR experience ideally within a shared services model.

Ideally you will have experience using the systems Workday and Salesforce

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of £45,000
