People Development Manager

Location: Peterborough (Hybrid Working)

Contract: 6 Months Initially | Full-Time (37 hours/week)

Salary: £48,645 - £54,855 per annum (Hourly rate based on 37 hours/week)

Start Date: ASAP

We are urgently seeking a People Delivery Support Manager to join our team on a 6-month initial contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering plans and coordinating people effectively.

• Leading and coordinating project delivery activities across teams
• Managing and tracking project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Attending meetings and ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed
• Handling administrative tasks and supporting project documentation
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations

• Strong general Project Management skills (no specific industry background required)
• Experience in coordinating people and managing project plans
• Comfortable with admin-heavy tasks and routine PM responsibilities
• Proven ability to work independently and flexibly
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Hybrid working model: a mix of home working and office-based (Peterborough)
• Flexible office days (typically a couple of days per week, diary dependent)
