£32,000 per annum

ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a People Operations Administrator on a 6 month contract.

The Role:

• Provide administrative support to the People Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Organise the company induction and administer compliance training to ensure all new starters are inducted correctly.
• Provide administrative support for the People operations system ensuring employee data integrity and system workflow task monitoring.
• Raise purchase orders through the company ERP system to enable processing of invoices.

Requirements:

• Good communication and organisation skills
• Strong administrative experience ideally within a people operations environment
• Must be confident and have previous experience liaising with stakeholders
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with change/uncertainty.
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
