People Partner - Education Contract

This is a day rate contract for 6 months to cover a transition period within an HR team. The business offer hybrid working and can be flexible on start and finish times if needed.

Client Details

You'll be joining a large HR team, working alongside 4 other People Partners and supported be a dedicated team of Advisors, alongside separate L&D, Talent and Ops teams.

Description

The People Partner will:

• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support managers in handling complex HR issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Spot trends and potential complications and provide recommendations to improve service

Profile

The People Partner should have:

• Level 5 or above CIPD qualification
• Strong understanding of UK employment law
• Experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases
• Availability to start 7th July and commit to a 6 month contract

Job Offer

A day rate of £200 PAYE (plus holiday pay). Hybrid working and flexibility on start and finish times. 35 hours per week.
