Performance and Data Team Manager - Local Authority

Reed Public Sector is actively looking for an interim Performance and Data Team Manager to lead the performance and analytics function of a Local Authority—ensuring the services are responsive, data-driven, and ready for the future.

Contract Length: 6 Months – with a possibility of getting extended
Day Rate: £500 inside IR35
Hybrid Working

The Role:

• Lead the design and delivery of performance management systems.

• Oversee statutory returns and inspection data readiness.

• Build strong partnerships across children’s services.

• Manage a high-performing team and data repository.

• Drive transformation through insight and innovation.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in performance management and analytics.

• Deep understanding of government performance frameworks.

• Strong technical skills (SQL, SSRS, Business Objects, etc.).

• A passion for improving outcomes for children and families.
