Duration: Temporary, till March 2026.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.29 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of care experienced young people from Dudley. You will need to have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to work alongside partners and colleagues to overcome any challenges faced.

Previous experience working with young people who may be vulnerable as a result of their early childhood experiences, guiding and encouraging them to overcome the challenges faced to achieve their aspirations, supporting young people to develop the independence skills that they will need to live successfully within their local communities and/ or working with care experienced young people will be beneficial. Most importantly you will need to be young person focused, relational and restorative in your approach, desiring the best for all you support.
