Job Description - Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant
Wolverhampton
£26,000 - £28,000
Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
37.5 hours per week

Are you an organised, proactive and confident administrator with strong PA experience? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing employer in Wolverhampton on a 6-month fixed term contract.

Duties:

Providing day to day assistance to current members of the team
Manage phone calls and emails, taking appropriate action when required
Manage diaries and take action on own initiative to coordinate schedules
Prepare team members for meetings and conferences with required documentation
Preparing agendas, writing minutes for meetings and assisting with adhoc duties for your direct report (creating presentations etc)
Organise national and international travel and arrangements
Book meeting rooms and welcome visitors

What we’re looking for:

Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
Must have the ability to communicate effectively
Must have experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
Experience of minute taking
Excellent IT skills
