Job Title: Personal Assistant
Salary: £18.92 - £20.68
Location: St Albans
Hours: 37 hrs per week
Contract: Temporary ongoing

I am currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Personal Assistant for a temporary, ongoing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive PA and administrative support to the Director, as well as overseeing and coordinating key administrative functions across the wider business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 
Job Description:

·Ensure the Director is fully informed and prepared for all appointments, ongoing projects, and deadlines, and prepare reports, presentations, and documents for both internal and external meetings.
·Manage the directors and, Senior teams' diaries, including efficient logging, filing of management data, email filtering, and screening of telephone calls. Address inquiries, complaints, and issues as they arise.
·Prepare and administer agendas, papers, and minutes for senior management meetings, maintain action points logs and follow up on outstanding items.
·Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, arranging and minuting meetings as necessary.
·Provide administrative support to the senior teams, including effective data logging and filing, as well as responding to ad-hoc requests and duties as needed.
·Take ownership of projects or reports directed by senior managers or the managers.
·Organise and prioritise your own workload to ensure efficient service delivery across the organisation.
·Produce reports, presentations, and statistical data as required by management, proof-reading and checking documents when necessary.
 
Skills and Qualifications:


· Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant to senior management, with a strong track record of delivering excellence in support roles.
·Confident and effective communicator.
·Experience working in an office or corporate environment.
·Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with hands-on experience using data systems to streamline operations.
·A team player with a positive, driven, and professional outlook, always customer focused.
·Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
·Demonstrated ability to manage executive diaries and optimise office environments to ensure smooth operations.
·Capable of producing accurate minutes within tight deadlines and ensuring effective follow-up on actions.
