My client is seeking a dedicated Hazard Study Scribe who is ready to travel extensively across the UK and Europe. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexibility, is capable of managing their own business, and possesses strong administrative skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting hazard studies meticulously, ensuring all information is accurately captured and organised.

• Travel across various locations in the UK and Europe to attend hazard study meetings.
• Accurately scribe notes and discussions during hazard studies, ensuring all details are captured.
• Manage and organise notes and data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Coordinate with the lead consultant to ensure all documentation meets the required standards.
• When not travelling, work from home to manage documentation, prepare for upcoming sessions, or handle any other related tasks.
• Enjoy the flexibility to manage personal time and hobbies when not engaged in work activities.

• Ability to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.
• Valid passport and willingness to be away from home for up to 9 days at a time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent note-taking and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s own business in conjunction with our needs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Competitive hourly rate of £40 to £55, based on experience.
• All travel and accommodation expenses covered.
• Flexibility to work from home when not travelling.
