? 2+ years of Teaching Assistant experience (SEN/SEND background preferred)
? Experience supporting ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs
? Strong safeguarding knowledge
? Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to apply)
? Two professional references
? Eligibility to work in the UK
