Pharmacist

• Location: Crawley or Medway
• Hours: Out of hours (18:00 – 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day Saturday/Sunday)
• Minimum Hours: 23 hours per month

We are seeking highly skilled Prescribing Pharmacists to join our Clinical Assessment Service. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in urgent or unscheduled care settings, such as 111 services, out of hours work, or pharmacy clinics. The position involves remote work, including telephone assessments and upcoming video consultations.

• Conduct remote patient assessments via telephone and video consultations.
• Provide expert advice and prescribe medications as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices.

• Must be a currently active prescriber.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a prescriber.
• Experience in telephone triage.
• Proven background in urgent or unscheduled care environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
