Job Description - Pharmacist

Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Leamington Spa
Start Date: June 2025
Rota: 4 days on, 4 days off
Hours: 09:00 – 21:00
Salary: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE / Umbrella)

Job Role:
  • Process prescriptions using our secure EHR system, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Verify prescriptions per Medical Team protocols to ensure safe supply.
  • Prepare medications and coordinate with the warehouse team for prompt dispatch.
  • Provide patients with guidance on side effects, usage, and general pharmaceutical advice via email or phone.
  • Keep accurate, concise records in patient files.
  • Follow prescription processing protocols and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Participate in team training and updates.
  • Maintain professional registration and complete ongoing education.
Must have UK experience and GPHC experience
